Yes we offer worldwide shipping, however our customers are mainly located in the United States.
6. I ordered multiple items, why didn't my order come in one package?
The products we offer come from various suppliers spread over several storage locations. This means orders with multiple products may be shipped seperately.
7. How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled until they have been processed. After that it unfortunately is not possible to cancel your order.
8. My product is defective, what now?
